1. Controller

2. What data we collect

On account creation: name, email, phone and, for productions, company details (name, VAT ID). When you send a contact message: your name, email and the content of the message. When listing a location: the information about the space and the photographs you upload.

3. Why we use it

To create and manage your account, connect productions with locations, respond to your requests and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, for accounting records). You can request account deletion at any time.

5. Who we share it with

With the providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, email) and with the authorities, when we obtain permits on your behalf or when required by law. All partners are bound by confidentiality.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. Write to us at hello@locationhub.ro and we will handle it. You may also contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for the account and session to function. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
