1. Who we are

2. What we offer

We connect productions with filming locations and provide filming permit services. The platform allows owners to list their locations and productions to discover them. Prices and terms for each transaction are agreed individually.

3. Accounts

Access to the location database and the ability to list locations require an account. We approve accounts manually. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Our role in transactions

We facilitate the connection and negotiate terms. We are not a party to the rental contract between the owner and the production, except where we explicitly assume this in writing for a specific project.

5. Content and ownership

Photographs and information about locations belong to those who provide them. By listing a location, you grant us the right to display these materials for the purpose of promoting it to productions.

6. Liability

We make every effort to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee permanent availability of the platform or of any specific location. For permit services, we undertake obligations of diligence, within the limits imposed by the competent authorities.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
