Every production needs two things: a good place to shoot and the paperwork in order. We handle both, so you are not running between owners and public institutions.
City Hall permit
To film on the street, in a park, or anywhere on public land in Bucharest, you need a permit from the Bucharest City Hall. We handle the entire application.

When a shoot touches the roadway — car scenes, stunts, traffic stops — you need Traffic Police approval on top of the City Hall permit. We handle both.

For large scenes — an empty street, a square taken over by the production, sets built on public land — you need a street closure and public space occupation permit. It is the most complex approval, and exactly where we make the difference.

Period apartments, villas, industrial halls, offices, exteriors. Our database is organised around what really matters on a shoot: usable floor area, ceiling height, truck access, natural light, and what you are allowed to do in the space.
