When a shoot touches the roadway — car scenes, stunts, traffic stops — you need Traffic Police approval on top of the City Hall permit. We handle both.

We file the request with the Traffic Police, coordinate the safety and traffic arrangements with the Traffic Brigade, and make sure every document is in place before the first take.

Coordination
Shoots involving traffic require synchronisation between the City Hall, the police and sometimes the fire service. We keep the threads together, so you are not stuck between institutions on the shooting day.
City Hall permit
To film on the street, in a park, or anywhere on public land in Bucharest, you need a permit from the Bucharest City Hall. We handle the entire application.

For large scenes — an empty street, a square taken over by the production, sets built on public land — you need a street closure and public space occupation permit. It is the most complex approval, and exactly where we make the difference.
